Quick answers for prospective and active BatchFlow customers.
BatchFlow is VaayuTech software for managing product specifications, manufacturing batches, quality review, release, shipments, controlled documents, CoAs and audit history.
It is designed for MSMEs and growing manufacturers that need practical batch and quality control without scattered spreadsheets and files.
Yes. BatchFlow is designed for desktop, laptop, tablet and mobile browsers.
BatchFlow is built around controlled manufacturing practices. Each regulated customer must complete its own risk assessment, validation, SOP, training and compliance activities before making a formal compliance claim.
No. A user cannot release a batch they created or recorded production for. A separately authorised QA user must release it.
Only a Dispatch or Logistics user with access to the relevant organisation can record and correct released-batch shipments.
Yes. BatchFlow creates a controlled correction that preserves the original shipment, the replacement details and the reason for correction.
Only after the batch is released by an authorised QA user. Authorised users can then download or print the controlled CoA PDF.
No. The Free plan includes three newly created batches total per workspace in the current billing period, across all products and organisations.
A batch counts when its BatchFlow record is created, not from the manufacturing date entered in that record.
Existing records remain available. BatchFlow blocks only the next action that would exceed the relevant limit and directs the Workspace Admin to Plan and usage.
The Workspace Admin requests the plan in BatchFlow. VaayuTech confirms payment outside the application, selects the service dates and activates the plan. The new usage period starts from the selected service start date in UTC.
The workspace returns to the Free plan. Existing records remain safe and accessible; future activity is subject to the Free-plan limits until renewal or upgrade.
Yes. A Workspace Admin can download the BatchFlow historical-import template, complete one batch per row, save the file as CSV UTF-8, validate it and explicitly confirm the import. The manufacturing organisation must already exist in BatchFlow.
No. Imported batches are marked Historical and retained for traceability. They cannot be changed through production or QA actions, released, shipped or used to create a Certificate of Analysis.
No. Confirmed historical batch imports do not use the current billing period's new-batch allowance. New active product and SKU masters created during an import remain subject to the workspace plan capacity.
BatchFlow sends a one-time verification link to confirm that you can access the email address entered. Your enquiry reaches VaayuTech only after you use that link within 24 hours.
A Workspace Admin sends an invitation to the user email address and assigns role and organisation access. The user must sign in with that invited email address.
Yes. Workspace Admins assign users only to the organisations they need. Workspace Admins retain workspace-wide administrative access.
Retry once, then report the screen, action and time to the Workspace Admin. Do not share passwords, secret keys or raw diagnostic logs.
